Where every figure comes from
How figures are calculated, traced, and kept honest when inputs change.
Every figure in Morevy is calculated by its engine from the rows you supplied. The AI decides what to show and writes about it. It does not produce figures.
What the AI can and cannot do
The AI cannot create or change a figure. Every number on screen comes from the calculation, and a number without one is not shown.
The AI can draft an email, save a note you ask it to remember, set a reminder, build a model workbook, or ask you to settle a decision. It never sends anything on your behalf.

When inputs change
If you change a mapping or a filter after figures were calculated, those figures are marked Computed before you changed the mapping or filters. They are not silently revised.
When a month is run again, Morevy compares the new run with the previous one and says what changed and which input caused it.
If figures changed and nothing recorded about the source, mapping or engine changed, Morevy says so: Nothing recorded about the source, mapping or engine changed between these runs, so this difference is not explained. That is worth reporting.
When Morevy declines to run
You rejected the reading of a file | The month does not run until the reading is corrected or the right file is attached. |
Rows that count are undecided | When a file names one-off charges, the month waits until you say which rows count as recurring revenue. |
More than one currency | Amounts in different currencies are not added together. Convert the file or split it by currency. |
In two cases Morevy runs, but on cash collected only, and says why: when what the amounts mean has not been confirmed, and when plan lengths cannot be established for more than 1% of the dollars.
