What we store
The billing exports you upload, and the payment records Morevy syncs if you connect Stripe.
Your Stripe connection, encrypted. You can revoke it in Stripe at any time.
What you do in Morevy: conversations, notes you ask Morevy to remember, your decisions and rulings, sign-offs, and the prepared data and step logs behind each month.
Your account details.
What we use it for
To calculate your analysis and answer your questions. Your data is not sold, and it is not used to train AI models.
When you mark an answer as unhelpful, that exchange may be kept, with customer names replaced by tokens, so we can test and improve the analyst.
Who can see it
Each workspace's data is kept separate from every other workspace. The people you add to a workspace can see it. For advisors, each client workspace is visible to the advisor who holds it.

Anthropic | The AI model behind the analyst. Receives the figures and text needed to answer, with names replaced as described below. Requests are covered by a zero data retention agreement, so Anthropic does not store them after answering and does not use them to train its models. |
Sentry, PostHog, LangWatch, Grafana | Error reporting, product usage analytics, and monitoring of our services and AI requests. LangWatch receives metadata about AI requests, not their contents. |
What the AI model sees
In the conversation, customer names and other labels from your data, such as segment and plan values, are replaced with tokens before anything is sent to the model. The real names are restored only when the answer reaches your screen. If the replacement cannot be applied, the request fails rather than going ahead without it.
Amounts, column names and file names are not replaced. When Morevy proposes a change to a method, columns that name people are held back from the model.
How long we keep it
Uploaded files are kept while your account is active, so past months can be reopened and rechecked. When you replace a file, the earlier version is removed after 7 days.
Deleting your data
You can request deletion in your account settings. Access to the account ends immediately, and your data, including uploaded files, is deleted within 7 days of the request being confirmed. You can also email hello@morevy.ai.
