The job was always the same: turn messy recurring-revenue data into decisions people could trust. The lessons came from the wins and nearly twice as many mistakes.

My main goal: make an existing (or new) workflow - faster, better, or cheaper (jackpot if I hit 3) for you. Time is our most scarce resource!
